Workout Wednesday- Don't forget to do a quick workout each day!

Hey everyone! Above is a workout my children put together for everyone to look at to get motivated to get MOVING! Everyday we should be moving our muscles and bones to create strong muscles and bones! Believe it or not when you get your heart pumping it makes you more motivated throughout the day to complete ALL your tasks! I know when I workout I have more energy not less. Also, when you routinely workout it gives you a clear mind that is better for discerning. This makes it easier to be closer to God and choose the right choices. I have been making it a priority to workout everyday with a workout through YouTube from Lucy-wyndham Read. I love her workouts because they promote bone health with toning and cardio! She also has workouts to target certain areas from 3 minutes to 25 minutes! So when in a hurry you can choose a quick workout to make sure you did some type of workout for the day! I have uploaded her 3 minute arm workout today! I know I need to tone my arms and she talks about our bingo wings! The best workout is to get outside and walk 30 minutes a day! So please no matter what you choose just start some where! You can do it!
