Trusting Thursday- More than we can bare? NEVER!!

It is not a conclusive evidence that a man is a Christian because he manifests spiritual ecstasy under extraordinary circumstances. Holiness is not rapture: it is an entire surrender of the will to God; it is living by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God; it is doing the will of our heavenly Father; it is trusting God in trial, in darkness as well as in the light; it is walking by faith and not by sight; it is relying on God with unquestioning confidence, and resting in His love. AA 51.2

It is easy to say we trust God when everything is going well. What about during times when we feel as if we are alone? Times when we feel like noone cares? Or noone hears us? Times a trials are the true test of if we trust God or not.

We know that God can work anything for our good, even extreme trial situations can turn into good for us. God knows what we can handle and has promised not to give us more than we can handle.

1 Corinthians 10:13 "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."

We can trust that through trials He has made a way for us to escape. Just like before sin entered the world, He had a plan to redeem us. He always has a way to help us in times of need. Remember He is always right there with us through everything. Put your trust in someone who already has the desire and way to lift you up out of whatever you are going through!!
