Trusting Thursday- Hope in Jesus

How many times have we gone through life facing difficulty and worrying about what would happen next? Life can be challenging but the

good news is that there is Hope…Hope in Jesus!

Trust is defined as: firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something. When faced with hardships prayer is the ultimate antidote to overcome life’s difficulties. We must have a firm belief in the reliability, truth, and ability that God is more than able to give us strength to overcome.

We are not alone, Isaiah 43:2 says “When you pass through the waters, I WILL be with you; and through the rivers, they shall NOT overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you."

It is my heart’s desire to encourage you to place your trust in the Almighty God no matter what circumstances you are facing. The bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 that we are to trust God with ALL our hearts, even though we may not know what lies ahead. God is faithful, do not rely on your own insight, always acknowledge God’s supremacy and love.

Human understanding is always subject to error, but the Lord knows the end from the beginning. God’s will is always best, He has loved us with an everlasting love and in the end we’ll see how He always working for our good “Let these words give you hope that no matter what you are facing, how dark the road may be we should always trust in God.”

Fill the space with loving work,

And therein stay.

Look not through the sheltering bars

Upon to-morrow;
