Can the sun affect your blood pressure?
What is interesting is that I had a lady contact us this week to help her with an event. A health expo to be exact. Which I am excited to help and praise God for the opportunity.
While engaging in conversation with Cherie about the event, she explained the booths. Each booth will highlight each law of health. Then she explained what would take place at each booth and one shocked me! She explained the sunshine booth would take blood pressures. I ponder on that for a moment or so. I never questioned her because I know she had this well thought out. I know she has been praying and asking God for guidance, so I know He is leading.
Well I still wanted to get some information incase I am to partake in the booth on May 15th. As I looked it up I found something interesting that had been studied out. What they found during this study is that nitric oxide stored in the top layers of the skin reacts to sunlight and causes blood vessels to widen as the oxide moves into the bloodstream. That, in turn, lowers blood pressure.
I knew many benefits of the sunshine but I take interest in this benefit because my husband, father and father-in-law all suffer with high blood pressure. I am always looking for ways to naturally lower theirs. Including a nutritional diet: cayenne pepper, beets, hibiscus tea, flaxseed and exercise, water, rest, and now sunshine.
When you think about it:

Therefore, our life is in the blood. We need to take a deeper look into the blood and we will find incredible truths about the eight laws of health including sunshine 🌄 Don't forget to let your light shine either (Christ in you) because He is the blood that made the atonement for our soul!

I did not know sunshine lowers blood pressure. I shared this with my mom who has blood pressure. Thank you 😊
