Monday Madness - take time to drink water!

Do you take the time to drink water?? One of the 8 laws of health is to drink plenty of water. We are made up to 60% of water. According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%.


When we suffer with dry skin it is better to take water internally to fix the problem than to lather up in lotion. Every part of our body needs water to function properly.


Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water helps your body: Keep a normal temperature.


Focus on the clarity of mind. If we do not drink enough water than we cannot make clear cut decisions for good. All of the health laws can cause us to become more spiritually sound or cause us to become confused and distant from God. Let us take the time in our busy schedules to drink plenty of water.....which is half of your body fat!


Yes, 8 glasses is amazing and may be sufficient for most but some need more than 8 glasses according to weight! Is you way 220 pounds then you actually need 110 ounces of water. This would be equivalent to almost 14 glasses!! It is alot but we need it! So take time and drink: water!!
