Madness Monday- Go Get a massage!

Yesterday I was speaking of the coming health expo in Durham.

At the rest booth there will be four massage chairs and massages taken place. Side note: if you would like to enjoy one of these massages please join us May 15th at the Durham Armory for the health expo!! Okay back to the topic......massages!

As you research massage techniques, there are deep tissue massager that help with the musculoskeletal system of our bodies. It can help hasten the repair of damage in this system! It can help with new growth in this area.

Sometimes we think of things as just pleasure but there are benefits to these things as well. God gave us ideas and ways of repairing our bodies even though most of the time, we are doing things that break them down in the first place.

As a parent we can find rest in God because we understand that love for our children. But God actually has a greater love for His people than we do for our own children! That is serious love! As sin entered the world and things began to change, He make sure to leave us with hope. Hope of revival of our physical and spiritual components.

Go get a massage soon and remember it is not just for pleasure but repair!
