Avocado - known to be the most nutritious fruit in the world. It contains excess amounts of essential nutrients such as vitamin A, B, C, E and K, copper, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. It also contains phytochemicals that protect against disease.
Apple - 20% of our daily fiber needed is packed within this fruit. No wonder the saying is "an apple a day keeps the doctor away." If our colon is not working properly then we will have issues throughout the rest of our bodies. Apples also contain vitamin A, iron, calcium, and vitamin C, which 50% of the vitamin C is found in the skin - so stop peeling off the skin 😁.
Banana - Bananas are a significant source of Vitamin B1 (brain tonic) and B6. Diets containing these potassium-rich fruits cut the risk of strokes by one-third.
Citrus fruits - These tasty fruits alleviate inflammation with their high content of vitamin C. They also have folate which lowers homocysteine levels in the body which reduces the risks of heart disease.
Coconut - well this is actually a nut but so important when talking drinking fruit...or nuts? Coconuts have 5 essential electrolytes and are much better for you then drinking popular sport drinks!
Grapes - Grapes have anticancer properties because they contain tannins, flavonoids and anthocyanins. Grape juice is also a natural blood thinner along with garlic and ginger! God haves is everything we need....we just need to search out His way!
Papaya - what could have more Vitamin C than citrus fruit you ask? Well papaya does actually and they contain lutein and zeaxanthin which protects the eyes from age related blindness! I don't know about you but I like being able to see....eat papaya!
Pineapple - This fruit contains the same as above fruits but they have a secret ingredient that makes them special. They are loaded with bromelain that is important for suppressing coughs and loosening mucus! Watermelon - Watermelon is an excellent source of Vitamin B1, B6 and magnesium. Also, the water that comes from this fruit is Alkaline water not acidic like the citrus fruit! It's important to have balance within the body!
I want to make sure you realize that we here how vitamin B is an energy source but it is more than that. We need it for our nerves. When we look at many diseases today they deal with our nervous system. Make sure you are taking in plenty of vitamin B to help your nerves repair and function properly. Magnesium is essential as well especially in the 🫁 lungs. Make sure you are eating the rainbow! Change out your foods daily and make sure you are feeding your body all of the nutrients it needs not just whatever you like best!!
